Mothers Meditations have been designed for mothers and caregivers and the many challenges that we face. They provide a soothing release and help with issues that have subconscious origins. Instead of only treating symptoms, the meditations work with the cause of our daily issues and bring healing and resolution.
When you purchase one of the meditations, you have made a leap in the direction of change. When you listen to the meditation once, you have planted a seed toward healing. When you listen to the meditation daily for some time you have committed to change. Many who do these meditations regularly over time find that not only does the original issue dissolve but a more fulfilling experience of life blooms and family relationships flourish in new and unexpected ways. Intuition develops and a trust in your internal experience deepens.
When engaging in a meditation, pause the recording whenever needed to give yourself more time. For example if you want to explore a certain insight more thoroughly when it arises, take the extra time. Likewise, if you are feeling really good and want to expand on this feeling longer than the recording goes, let yourself stay with it in silence until you feel complete. This will give your healing process momentum and add depth to your ability to feel joy and all the positive feelings each meditation evokes.
Since many of these meditations rely on your own inner direction and foster your connection to the love and spirit of your heart, allow the process to unfold naturally. If you find you are thinking a lot, that’s ok. It’s part of the process.
